Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse related activities, people and processes.

• Manages shipping and receiving to the warehouse.
• Maintains inventory with inventory software as determined by the Director of Technology.
• Schedules drivers, contractors, makes local deliveries and maintains a DOT compliance health card.
• Manages future warehouse employees.
• Maintains a budget and purchasing account for expenses.
• Maintain basic computer skills including “Microsoft Office components.”
• Maintain a level of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Attend regular meetings with the Director of Operations either in person or via “Teams” software.
• Maintain a level of appearance and personal cleanliness that reflects the standards set forth in the employee manual.
• Follow approved standards of safety as set forth by OSHA.
• Operate as needed hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks or other mechanical or hydraulic equipment.
• Be able to lift items in excess of fifty pounds.

• Ability to communicate effectively and interface with peers as well as executive level management.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to demands.
• Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, perspective and ethical behavior.
• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.

• At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with customers and other employees.
• Must be honest and represent the core values of M&M Productions USA.
• Must be able to communicate in a clear and understandable manner.
• Maintain a desire to grow and learn new technologies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of the latest AV technologies and equipment preferred.
• Prior knowledge of FLEX software and audiovisual equipment is a strong plus.
