Description
Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Vice President to lead our team in achieving operational excellence and strategic growth. This senior-level position will be located in our office in Oak Ridge, TN, and will report directly to the CEO.
As the Facility Operations VP, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall facility management operations and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Your role will involve the coordination of various facility teams and managing relationships with key stakeholders to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic planning and implementation of facility management initiatives.
- Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of facility operations.
- Ensuring that all applicable safety and environmental regulations are being met.
- Implementing best practices and leading continuous improvement efforts within facility operations.
- Collaborating with other departments to align facility operations with organizational goals.
- Managing a diverse team and providing leadership and guidance to facility staff.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in facility management, operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Required Skills- Proven track record of success in facility management leadership.
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve strategic goals.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
