Navarro Research & Engineering is recruiting a Supply Chain Field Organization Program Manager in Oak Ridge, TN. Key responsibilities include leading a cross‑functional team to optimize supplier reliability and quality performance, identifying and facilitating new supplier qualification, driving continuous improvement within the supply chain, mitigating supply chain risks by establishing contingency plans, identifying opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs, and monitoring and maintaining metrics to measure supply chain performance.
Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
- 8‑10 Years of Related Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft products, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high‑pressure work site environment
- Working knowledge of end‑to‑end Supply Chain processes and principles
- Strong Analytical
Skills:
Ability to analyze information, data, and identify potential issues or opportunities - Problem‑Solving
Skills:
Ability to develop creative solutions to challenges that arise - Communication
Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients - Technical
