Job Description

Substitute custodial positions available. Ability to read & write, perform moderate to heavy manual labor, perform daily tasks with minimal supervision, and demonstrate aptitude for the work to be performed. This is a 12-month position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Cleans/maintains school facilities such as classrooms, restrooms, hallways, entrance doors, entryways, offices, floors, desks, chairs, and walls. This includes scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and waxing.
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms and classrooms.
  • Remove snow and ice from sidewalks.
  • Empty trash receptacles.
  • Set up chairs/tables for meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Groundskeeping with use of mower, weed eater, and clearing of flowerbeds.
