This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters at 221 S. Rutgers Avenue in Oak Ridge, TN 37380). The Final date to receive applications for this opportunity is February 4, 2026.
RoleThe Card Services Specialist represents all areas of Card Services to include credit card and debit card servicing.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Serves as a primary point of contact within all aspects of credit cards and debit card servicing. Answering phones/assisting callers with general card questions and problem solving, processing service ticket events and responding to department emails.
- Assists with the research and balancing of department GL accounts.
- Serves as a backup to others within the department ensuring critical functions are completed in a timely manner.
- Assists management with projects and process improvement design and testing.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Three or more years of financial services experience to include assisting members with debit and credit card servicing is required. Experience with debit and credit card operations and regulations is preferred.
EducationA high school diploma or GED is required. An Associate's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
Other skills required- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to work with little to no direct supervision.
- Must possess strong collaborative problem solving skills.
- Must possess strong data analysis skills.
- Must have the ability to prioritize demands.
- Must have high proficiency with Microsoft 365.
