Position

Description:

The position is responsible for developing an understanding of target accounts' structure and organization with focus on identifying key personnel within each decision-making unit to develop effective sales strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

* Drive growth through direct sales activity and creative marketing. Conduct discovery meetings and presentations at all levels within the account. Create and organize the account contact records within IFS. Identify all opportunities within the account for BEC work and drive the estimating and proposal strategy. (full-Commitment)

* Estimate project costs, develop sound pricing strategies, and write proposals that communicate the value of our solution and manage risks. Close (direct and assist) a minimum of $35-40MM in job value annually. (true-Craftsmanship)

* Conduct annual account reviews with the key contacts to assess our performance and to identify new opportunities. Communicate regularly with the Leadership Team to provide updates on account progress, opportunities, and strategy. (one-Community)

* Travel to regional and national accounts as needed to ensure goals are achieved: 0%-30% travel. (high-Character)

Qualifications:
