Staff Accountant

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking a Staff Accountant to support company-wide accounting operations. Thoroughness, accuracy, and honesty are necessary traits for this position. This is a full-time position, performed at the Edgewater office in Oak Ridge, TN
. This is an entry to mid-level position with growth opportunities in the future.

• Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
• Accounts Receivable management
• Reviewing Expense reports
• Vendor management
• Onboarding assistance
• Timekeeping management
• Accounts Receivable and Invoicing
• ACH and EFT processing and posting

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (strong Microsoft Excel experience is desired)
• Detail oriented
• Professional manner and strong ethical code
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Ability to work independently
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
• Past experience with Accounts Receivable is a plus
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus

• Associates degree in accounting, business management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
