Intensive Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Intensive Care Nurse for a full-time, on-site role based in Oak Park, IL. The Intensive Care Nurse will monitor and provide specialized care for critically ill patients, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and medical teams. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, implementing treatment plans, operating and monitoring life-support systems, and offering emotional support to patients and families.

• Strong background and competency in Nursing, including patient assessment and care planning
• Expertise in Emergency Nursing and medical response in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge and experience in Critical Care Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
• Proficiency in medical procedures and equipment specific to intensive care
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in an intensive care unit or similar high-acuity setting is highly preferred
