Job Description

You will perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general building support while responding to daily work orders and assisting with property needs.

Job Responsibilities

* To act on requests for maintenance, repairs, and custodial needs

* To report major repair issues to management teams

* To handle emergencies as directed

* To inspect assigned buildings and identify maintenance needs

* To operate and care for equipment properly

* To deliver notices as assigned

* To enter and update work orders in Yardi

* To be available for rotating on‑call service

* To support additional maintenance projects as assigned

Qualifications

* Experience in general building maintenance and repair

* Basic experience across multiple trades

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Valid driver's license

* Must have own tools

* Ability to assume lead role when needed

* Familiarity with Yardi is a plus

Schedule & Pay

* Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.

- 5 p.m.

* Contract‑to‑hire role
* $20/hr
