At Chicagoland Neuropsychology, we believe that excellent clinical work occurs when psychologists and neuropsychologists feel supported and empowered to focus on their strengths as individual clinicians. Our practice mainly offers psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, and we endeavor to do this very well. We are currently seeking to hire a full-time Clinical Director of Testing. This role is perfect for those who enjoy direct clinical work and want to guide and mentor others to provide the highest quality assessment services.
The Clinical Director will play a key role in supervising early-career clinicians, supporting those in mid-career, and shaping the strategic direction of our testing program. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while remaining connected to the clinical work you love.
Our clinicians are committed to providing affirming, culturally informed care, and we welcome psychologists who bring this same sensitivity and awareness in their work. Neuropsychological testing experience is welcomed but not required
. Our team includes neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists, and therapists who prioritize collaboration and are passionate about doing meaningful work.

- You have more than 5 years since licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
- You believe that a ‘diagnose and adios’ approach to testing does not change lives
- Provide testing for populations of your choice with an option to use a testing technician.
- Provide high-level clinical supervision to staff psychologists and postdoctoral fellows.
- Foster relationships with schools, mental health, and medical professionals.
- Participate in long-term strategic planning.
