• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while serving as a trusted partner to the community.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Valid state license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is great but not required.
