BIM Specialist

Aria Group Architecture + Design is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for experienced BIM professionals who are passionate about architecture, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to project success.

In this role, you will support the implementation and daily use of Revit across active projects, collaborating with project teams to develop model setup strategies, BIM execution plans, and coordinated workflows, including work with outside consultants. You will provide advanced modeling support, custom content creation, and interdisciplinary coordination, while maintaining and organizing the firm’s Revit detail and family libraries and upholding firmwide standards aligned with project needs.

You will assist with testing and implementing software updates, workflow improvements, and provide guidance, training support, and oversight to employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong understanding of BIM workflows
• 5-10 years of Revit experience in the architecture industry
• Experience in the architecture industry is required
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.

The expected salary range for the Architectural Designer position is

$65,000 – $85,000
, based on experience, education, and qualifications.
