• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, demonstrating drive and passion for helping people.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Remain flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving technology and how we meet customer needs.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
