The ideal candidate is an organized leader with experience in vehicle lot or dealership operations. They lead the porter's team, effectively communicate with Management, address team performance, and adapt to various tasks to support smooth dealership operations.

- Ensure correct positioning and tagging of vehicles within the service lot for optimal organization
- Identify aging service vehicles, communicate issues to Management, and coordinate necessary actions
- Inspect dealership areas daily to maintain cleanliness and safety, removing any garbage or debris as needed
- Assist with facility improvement projects as directed by Management
- Create and communicate the weekly schedule for porters to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise porters, providing guidance and support where needed to achieve daily goals
- Address performance issues with porters, offering corrective action plans when necessary
- Assist with snow and ice removal across lot and vehicles
- Participate in the hiring process to select and onboard new porters
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook
- Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
