Opportunity:

RAD Tech - RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Provide 6-week coverage with firm start and end dates

• Work with general X-ray patients, both portable and non-portable

• Surgery experience preferred for this position

• Experience required with GI, Surgery, and Level 1 Trauma cases

• Patient ratio of 1:1

• Minimum 2 years of experience required

• First-time travelers accepted only if experienced X-ray technician

• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, IEMA

• General X-ray skillset required

• Work in facility with 4 outpatient rooms and 5 inpatient rooms

• Equipment includes GE XR Rooms, Siemens Flouro, GE C-Arm, and Fuji Portables

• Charting system: EPIC

• One unit orientation provided to learn workflow

• Weekend rotation alternating every other weekend

• All time-off requests require unit manager approval

• Call schedule varies

• Dress code:
Caribbean Blue scrubs

• Free parking provided

• No floating required

This healthcare facility is a 749-bed Level 1 Trauma Center with Magnet Designation and Comprehensive Stroke Center status. The facility provides advanced medical services with multiple X-ray technicians working at any given time to support the high-volume trauma center operations. The organization maintains state-of-the-art imaging equipment and technology to deliver comprehensive diagnostic services to patients requiring emergency and specialized care.
