This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Flooring Installer located in Oak Harbor, WA. The Flooring Installer will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing various flooring materials such as hardwood, LVP, and carpet. Additional tasks include preparing surfaces for installation, ensuring accuracy and precision in installations, and maintaining tools and equipment. The role requires a commitment to quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

• Proficiency in installing hardwood flooring and other types of wood flooring
• Experience in carpet installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge and skills in installing various flooring materials, including ceramic tiles
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy materials, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience in flooring installation is highly desirable
