The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering results that meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments. This role provides leadership and guidance to non‑PMO project managers, fosters cross‑functional collaboration, and manages stakeholder communication at all levels.

The Senior Program Manager will coordinate and drive the successful, on‑time delivery of projects and products within the Life Science Fluidics & Optics business lines. Acting as the primary leader for cross‑functional, matrixed teams, this individual will oversee projects through a customized product development process, ensuring critical deliverables are achieved for both the business and its customers.

• Leads large scale, cross functional projects/programs working closely with key stakeholders, customers, engineers, product management and operations to drive critical programs and activities.
• Independently manage high profile, complex projects, and direct project‑related customer communications.
• Coordinate activities between sub‑projects occurring at multiple sites.
• Occasionally take on management of internal teams to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborates with other value streams to maintain, improve and implement procedures.
• Learn, train and educate all functional groups on Product Development Process, PDP.
• Play a significant role in the creation of project/program proposals in collaboration with the Product Manager(s).
• Create a culture of continuous improvement by establishing strong partnerships and collaborating cross‑functionally (sales, product management, operations).
• Manage special projects and other duties as needed.

• B.S. Degree in business, engineering or science field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Excellent knowledge of project management disciplines and project team dynamics.
• Demonstrated successful management of complex projects.
• Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and principles.
• Strong knowledge of business areas' products, strategies and goals.
• PMI / IPMA / IPMA B registered training.
