JOB TITLE: Dental Hygienist

Temp to Permanent | 3 Days/Week (Full-Time) | Oak Harbor, WA

Lemme Dental Studio is a modern, patient-centered dental practice in Oak Harbor, WA, where exceptional care and genuine connection are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a warm, skilled Dental Hygienist to cover a maternity leave of approximately 3 months — with a likelihood of transitioning into a permanent position. At Lemme Dental Studio, full-time is 3 days per week, and that's exactly what this role offers.

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient education
• Build authentic rapport with patients of all ages and anxiety levels
• Document charting and clinical notes accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Lemme, Dr. Bast, and the care team
• Contribute to a calm, welcoming patient experience from check‑in to checkout
• Assist with digital X-rays and other in‑office dental technology

• Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑first environment
• Genuine passion for patient‑centered care

• Experience in a multi‑provider dental practice
• Familiarity with Invisalign, implant maintenance, or cosmetic dentistry workflows
