• Guaranteed home every Friday
• 75% of loads pre‑tarped; pay $25 to remove tarps (up to $125 per week)

• Paid orientation and training – students receive $600-750 during training

• At least 21 years of age
• 1 year of recent CDL Class A experience or 6 months of flatbed CDL Class A experience
• Excellent driving and safety record for last 3 years
