Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel is a new facility located in Oak Grove, Kentucky, across from Ft. Campbell and within 60 miles of Nashville, Tennessee. The Security Lead Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons, employees, and company assets while also providing strategic input for shift planning.

• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
• Delegate duties and assign responsibilities to staff.
• Investigate incidents and customer complaints, compiling data for accurate reporting.
• Enforce all policies and procedures during the shift.
• Answer incoming calls and direct patron questions.
• Operate a company vehicle and/or equipment requiring a valid driver’s license.
• Train other Security Officers in performance of duties.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• React to patron and employee incidents and accidents.
• Monitor patron and employee passage in and out of the facility.
• Check for and report safety hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
• 1–2 years of experience in a security officer role.

Employee is frequently required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects; move arms; climb; stoop, kneel, or crawl; and lift or pull up to 25 lbs. The noise level is moderate to loud. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
