RequirementsManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also oversee departments. Responsibilities include managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; setting goals; delegating tasks; following up; and reporting results.
- Guest Service Department Manager: make sure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the front counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for the best service.
- Kitchen Department Manager: ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, fast food; food is safe; food cost is controlled; and all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items.
- People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals; ensure crew have a good start and are recognized and motivated.
Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
