Your Mission:
Keep the Wheels Turning. As a Wash Tech, you’re a key part of our success. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, help drive memberships, and ensure every guest leaves with a clean car and a great experience.

• Set the Standard: Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining top-notch quality and cleanliness.
• Bring the Energy: Contribute to a positive, upbeat, and team-focused work environment.
• Own the Details: Learn and operate our POS system, wash equipment, and service processes with confidence.
• Drive Memberships: Promote and sell our unlimited wash plans, helping customers see the value we offer.
• Stay Hands-On: Assist with vehicle prep, tunnel operations, and general site upkeep to keep everything running smoothly.

• Team Player: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed.
• Motivated & Self-Driven: You can juggle tasks and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible: Willing to work a varied schedule, including weekends when needed.
