• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Complete comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Deliver wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and other clinical interventions
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, safety, and self‑management
• Collaborate closely with Inspired Homecare s interdisciplinary team
• Document visits accurately and efficiently in our EMR
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed

• Active RN license in the state
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)
• Strong assessment and critical‑thinking skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver s license
• Comfort with electronic documentation and independent decision‑making
