*** Thielmann Group is looking for an Installation Technician to work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency and profitability. You will exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. By working closely with other installation technicians, installation coordinators, warehouse/inventory managers, and sales managers, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.
* Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.
* Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.
* Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation process.
* Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies.

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
* Proficiency in working with various tools and diagnostic equipment.
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
