Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access for employees, contractors, and visitors by verifying identification, managing entry and exit points, and maintaining visitor and/or vehicle logs per site guidelines;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site contacts and/or management as required;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, yard, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and policy violations;
Monitor cameras and alarm systems where assigned, report irregular conditions, and support shipping and receiving operations by directing visitors to the correct check-in and/or staging areas
