Powersports Sales Associate

Overview

Milwaukee Powersports is seeking driven and dedicated individuals that have a passion for customer service to join our Sales Team! We’re looking for energetic powersports enthusiasts to help customers find their next adventure. If you love talking horsepower, suspension, trails, and gear — and you enjoy helping others experience that same excitement — this job is for you!

No previous sales experience? No problem! We will train those with little or no prior sales experience, using the same training methods that made us successful!

• Engage with customers online and in-store to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
• Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet your monthly targets.
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Work closely with service, parts, and finance to deliver a seamless buying experience

• Sales experience is a plus, but passion and personality matter most
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software
• Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred)
• Outgoing, motivated, and goal-driven
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Basic knowledge of powersports vehicles (or personal history of owning/riding) preferred, but not required.
