This position is for an independent franchisee-operated restaurant, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is your employer and is solely responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

• Starting wage of $16/hr; wage increases to $17/hr upon certification.

• Lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during the shift.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance.
• Take action to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager for hand‑over.
• Support departments to meet their goals and targets.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Age 18 years or older.
