Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a full‑time Veterinary hospitalist to join our multispecialty hospital.

We are looking for an experienced emergency veterinarian to function as a hospitalist managing overnight ICU patients. The right candidate will enjoy inpatient management, diagnostic workups, and collaborating with specialty services to provide the highest level of patient care.

• Manage overnight ICU patients and inpatient care.
• Conduct diagnostic workups and oversee patient management.
• Collaborate with specialty services (emergency, critical care, exotics care, urgent care, internal medicine, oncology, rehabilitation, veterinary social work, and surgery).
• Manage own cases while working closely with specialists.
• Work overnight, swing, and day shifts (averaging 12‑14 shifts per month).

• Annual Salary Range: $98,000 – $124,000
• Sign‑On Bonus up to $50,000

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Blue Pearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and/or hospital.
