Overview
Oak Park Place is looking for a Regional Nurse to join our dynamic team! Oak Park Place is considered by many to be one of the area’s most innovative leaders in the delivery of long term care. We are a family-oriented operation that takes a uniquely personal approach to delivering quality outcomes for the patients in our care. The Regional Nurse will consult with facilities in all facets of clinical care through medical record review, on site observation, and phone consultation and will provide consultant services consistent with established standards of practice and federal and state requirements.
We have 12 centers located throughout Wisconsin, and 1 in Minnesota and 1 in Iowa. We operate both AL/MC and SNF facilities.
- RN license
- BSN/MSN preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in clinical leadership position
- 3-5 years of multi facility consulting experienced preferred but not required, depending on the candidate
- Knowledge of state specific regulations and guidelines
- Knowledge of both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living/Memory Care
