As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our high-speed production and packaging equipment running smoothly. You’ll work with a team of skilled professionals in an environment where safety, quality, and operational excellence are the top priorities.

• Maintain Equipment Excellence:
  Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed production and packaging systems.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro:
  Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Collaborate for Success:
  Partner with production teams during equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Embrace Continuous Improvement:
  Participate in Kaizen events, support root cause failure analyses (RCFA), and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)
• Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication
• Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems
• Knowledge of PLC diagnostic and basic ladder
