Food Manufacturing Production Machinery Operator; Mechanical Focus

• Run and monitor high-speed packaging and production equipment to achieve daily targets.
• Complete setups, changeovers, and fine‑tuning to maintain throughput and quality.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues; clean, lubricate, inspect, and perform basic repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance and escalate complex repairs to Maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team to enhance line performance.
• Follow OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP; engage in safety programs and hazard reporting.
• Record downtime, repairs, and performance in CMMS (EAM); report throughput, material use, and waste.

• Equipment Uptime:
  Keep lines running with minimal interruption.
• Production Efficiency:
  Meet or exceed plan.
• Safety Compliance:
  Uphold stringent safety and food safety practices.
• Operational Reliability:
  Anticipate issues and drive improvements.

• 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment (high-speed packaging preferred).
• Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments and repairs.
• Attention to detail with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfort with high-speed equipment and basic maintenance tools.
• CMMS (EAM) experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED; technical certification a plus.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

• Salary: $22.50 – $24.90 per hour
• Shift Premiums: +$1.50 (2nd shift) | +$3.00 (3rd shift)
• Shift Schedules:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2 PM – 11 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10 PM – 7 AM

• Travel 1–2 times per year in North America for training.
