What You Will Do- Run and monitor high-speed packaging and production equipment to achieve daily targets.
- Complete setups, changeovers, and fine‑tuning to maintain throughput and quality.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues; clean, lubricate, inspect, and perform basic repairs.
- Support preventive maintenance and escalate complex repairs to Maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team to enhance line performance.
- Follow OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP; engage in safety programs and hazard reporting.
- Record downtime, repairs, and performance in CMMS (EAM); report throughput, material use, and waste.
- Equipment Uptime:
Keep lines running with minimal interruption. - Production Efficiency:
Meet or exceed plan. - Safety Compliance:
Uphold stringent safety and food safety practices. - Operational Reliability:
Anticipate issues and drive improvements.
- 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment (high-speed packaging preferred).
- Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments and repairs.
- Attention to detail with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfort with high-speed equipment and basic maintenance tools.
- CMMS (EAM) experience preferred.
- High School diploma or GED; technical certification a plus.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Full-Time - Salary: $22.50 – $24.90 per hour
- Shift Premiums: +$1.50 (2nd shift) | +$3.00 (3rd shift)
- Shift Schedules:
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2 PM – 11 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10 PM – 7 AM
- Travel 1–2 times per year in North America for training.
