• Operate and fine‑tune high‑speed packaging and production equipment to meet production plans.
• Perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues; perform cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and basic repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance and work closely with the Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team.
• Comply with OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP; actively participate in safety programs and hazard reporting.
• Capture downtime, repairs, and performance in CMMS (EAM); report throughput, materials, and waste.

• Equipment uptime—reduce downtime and increase line availability.
• Production efficiency—achieve or surpass output targets.
• Safety compliance—meet rigorous safety and food safety standards.
• Operational reliability—anticipate issues and drive improvements.

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (high‑speed packaging preferred).
• Hands‑on skill with minor mechanical repairs and adjustments.
• Detail orientation and strong problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience with high‑speed equipment and maintenance tools.
• Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; technical coursework is a plus.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Bonus:

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10 PM – 7 AM
