Arena Americas is looking to fill 24 Material Movers & Laborers positions. This is a temporary, full‑time seasonal position from 4/1/2026 to 11/30/2026. Begin/report to work: 10861 S. Howell Avenue, Oak Creek, Milwaukee County, WI 53154 @ $20.77/hr the employer will transport workers daily between the reporting address and additional worksites.
Duties: Assist with packing, cleaning, sorting, and delivery of rental equipment (tables, chairs, table‑top decor, linens, tenting, temporary flooring, and decor). Use/operate small moving or lifting tools or equipment and perform related Material Movers & Laborers activities per SOC/OES 53-7062.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Offer 40+ hours per week (excluding lunch and breaks). Possible weekend/holiday work. - Start/end times, offered hours, and overtime may vary based on project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commuting times.
- Hours may fluctuate with tourism peaks and valleys, possible downtime, and overtime.
Terms: Employer will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. Overtime possible but not guaranteed; if worked, wage is paid at 1.5x regular rate for hours beyond 40 per week. Wages are paid biweekly with all required deductions. Health and welfare benefits may apply. Possible raises, bonuses, and cash advances are at employer’s discretion.
Transportation and Subsistence: Daily transportation to/from work sites will be reimbursed based on the most economical carrier. Daily subsistence at the rate of $16.28 per day up to $68.00 with receipts. Reimbursement will occur by check in the first work week. H‑2B workers will be reimbursed for visa and related fees as well. At contract completion, the employer may cover return transportation except when the worker accepts subsequent employment.
Guarantee: At least three‑fourths of the workdays in each 12‑week period. Tools, equipment, and supplies are provided at no charge.
Other: Optional shared housing at no cost to the worker. Workers who abandon employment voluntarily are not entitled to outbound transportation reimbursement or the 3/4s guarantee.
Requirements- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
- Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free work zone.
- Perform physical activities: lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, move, manipulate materials; handle up to 75 lbs (possible two‑person lift).
- No minimum education requirement; on‑the‑job training provided.
- Must be available for the entire duration and all areas of intended employment.
- Random drug/alcohol testing may occur. Positive test or refusal results in dismissal.
- Background check may be performed post‑hire at employer’s expense.
