Salary: $105,000 – $120,000/yearly + shift premium

• 🛠 Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems
• 📊 Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• 🤖 Work with automation, robotics, PLCs, and VFD‑controlled systems
• 🤝 Collaborate with production teams, OEMs, and contractors to ensure peak performance

• ✔ 3+ years of maintenance experience
• ✔ 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• ✔ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• ✔
  
  Experience with
  PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation
• ✔ A proactive leader who enjoys solving problems and improving systems
