This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Inside Sales Engineer located in Oak Creek, WI. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, managing client inquiries, providing technical sales support, and working closely with the sales and engineering teams. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring technical requirements are met, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Inside Sales techniques and a strong ability to create and manage Quotations
- Experience in Sales Engineering and providing Technical Support to clients
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting project deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred
- Understanding of manufacturing and machining processes is advantageous
- Familiarity with global supply chain systems is a plus
