Early Childhood Lead Teacher (Preschool) – The Learning Experience Oak Creek

Location: The Learning Experience – Oak Creek, WI
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $16–$18 per hour

The Learning Experience – Oak Creek is hiring an Early Childhood Lead Teacher to oversee our preschool classroom. We are seeking a caring, motivated educator who is excited to support children ages 3–4 through hands‑on learning, meaningful interactions, and a structured play‑based curriculum.

This is a great opportunity for a Registry‑qualified teacher ready to take on a leadership role in a high‑quality childcare and early learning environment.

• Lead a preschool classroom while maintaining a safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate environment.
• Deliver The Learning Experience curriculum to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to assistant teachers.
• Communicate daily with families, offering updates on learning milestones and classroom experiences.
• Ensure adherence to Wisconsin DCF regulations, licensing standards, and center safety expectations.

• Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher required.
• Director Qualified (DQ) preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool program.
• Strong understanding of DAP (developmentally appropriate practices).
• Reliable, collaborative, and committed to early childhood excellence.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
