The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, they provide guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Open and close store routines
• Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness
• Understand business metrics and drive results
• Demonstrate proactive thinking, attention to detail, and use of register/Point‑of‑Sales systems
• Protect assets and maintain visual displays
• Use systems efficiently and support omni‑channel services

• Work schedule varies weekly; expect to work 12‑16 hours per week.
• Availability required on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
• During peak periods, hours may increase to support business needs.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• Supervisor/Managerial experience not required.
• Strong customer focus, communication, and interpersonal interaction skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, assertiveness, adaptability, stress tolerance, poise, ambition, multi‑tasking, and applied learning.
• Work ethic and commitment to omni‑channel services.
