As a Retail Selling Flex Colleague, you blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. • Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact: wear name badge with pride, greet teammates, ensure sales floor is clean and prepared. Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, stay up-to‑date on current trends and promotions to engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
• On the floor, focus on the customer: offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, create friendly personal conversations to build relationships that bring customers back.
• Throughout the day, maintain a shoppable space by recovering floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
• Finish strong: share our Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have all they need, end with sincere thank‑you, sometimes walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence: improve every day, take pride, achieve sales goals, learn from each other to deliver store results.

Flex Team Colleagues have minimum work requirements of 42 hours per quarter during 1st, 2nd, 3rd fiscal quarters (February–April, May–July, August–October). During 4th fiscal quarter (November–January) you will be required to work a minimum of 60 hours during the quarter. Although you have an hours requirement by quarter, you are not required to pick up any shifts (although you may be assigned shifts during key days).

The minimum number of hours may be subject to change, and a minimum number of weekend shifts may be required.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; can work on your own but is great with team dynamics.
• Can handle electronic devices with no problem.

• This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level.
