Flexible schedule: 4-20 hours/week, including day, evening, and weekend shifts
Salary: $15.00 to $18.75 per hour. Wage determined based on qualifications.

Responsibilities- Process merchandise: ensure items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
- Prepare new products for sale: properly merchandise and represent them in a timely manner.
- Enter receiving documents into the computer system; reconcile merchandise invoices and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately.
- Handle visual packet materials, props, signage; store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
- Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
- Assist with visual directives (floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement) as directed.
- Support “Most Amazing Personal Service” (MAPS) principles, providing a cohesive omni‑channel experience.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback.
- Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of age.

- Ability to work primarily standing during the shift.
- Ability to work quickly within strict timelines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Desire for visual merchandising and product‑placement techniques.
- Comfortable wearing a headset during communication.
- Regular attendance essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays required.
- Constant walking/standing: 67‑100 % of an 8‑hour shift.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs: 1‑33 % of shift.
- Frequent climbing: 34‑66 % of shift.
