• Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager/Associate Store Manager, including store opening/closing, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring safe working conditions.
• Lead and advise the sales team with a goal-driven approach.
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and goal achievement.
• Maintain training standards; ensure the team has product and system expertise.
• Improve store operations and customer experience.
• Align product and promotion schedules with Casper's online presence and initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and replenishment.
• Create unique retail experiences to reinvent retail.

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop talent, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of service excellence in a consumer setting.
• Excellent communication skills and influence.
• Curious, problem-solving mindset with optimism.
• Financial management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, experimental environment.

Hourly Base Compensation Rate: $17.00 - $21.00
