The Kitchen Line Cook position involves:

• Following established recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Demonstrating understanding and proper use and maintenance of all station equipment.
• Preparing, cooking, and plating all food according to directions in a hygienic and timely manner.
• Performing basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following quality standards, and adhering to hygiene and food handling regulations.
• Assisting with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Carrying out additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers.

• Detail Oriented: Capable of executing tasks with all necessary details to ensure quality.
• Team Player: Works well within a group setting.
