- Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including, but not limited to, knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, and ovens.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
Our restaurants operate professional, fast‑paced, scratch kitchens. Dishwashers are expected to maintain spotless clean kitchenware, following proper sanitation protocols, and manage a clean station and workspace. Responsibilities include opening duties and closing cleaning duties. The role requires strong communication and teamwork with all team members and management.
