This role serves as the architect and integrator of operational excellence, aligning site execution, data, technology, and financial outcomes to deliver Winland's Mission, Vision, and Values.
This leader owns the development and deployment of standardized operating systems, KPI governance, plant health, cost performance, and enterprise-wide improvement programs — ensuring every site has a clear glidepath to safety, quality, delivery, and cost excellence.
This is a builder role: someone who thrives in complexity, brings structure where none exists, and turns data into disciplined action.

Based on experience and other qualifications: $169k to $296k Annually with additional bonus potential

Your Impact
As Senior Director of Operations - Condiments, you will have full responsibility for safety, quality, service, cost, and people across Winland's Condiments manufacturing network. You will lead several high-volume plants producing sauces, dressings, syrups, and marinades for some of the most demanding customers in the industry.

What You Will DoLead a High-Performance Manufacturing Network
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple condiment manufacturing sites
- Ensure world-class performance in safety, food safety, quality, service, and cost
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Deliver Operational Excellence
- Drive plant-to-plant consistency using standardized operating systems, KPIs, and performance reviews
- Improve reliability, throughput, and asset utilization in high-speed packaging and bottling operations
- Lead packaging, quality, and sanitation excellence to protect brands and customers
Own Customer Service & Growth
- Ensure on-time, in-full delivery for major retail and food service customers
- Support new product launches, seasonal demand surges, and volume growth
- Strengthen Winland's reputation as a trusted, reliable manufacturing partner
Drive Financial Performance
- Deliver cost savings, productivity improvements, and margin expansion
- Optimize labor, materials, and overhead while protecting safety and quality
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to support profitable growth
Build the Leadership Pipeline
- Coach and develop Plant Managers and Operations Directors
- Create succession plans and build leadership depth across the network
- Model Winland's values of Excellence, Quality, Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration
- Bachelor's degree (minimum), with preferably a masters, in topics such as environmental science, corporate sustainability and business management.
- Led multi-site food or beverage manufacturing
- Deep experience in high-speed packaging and bottling preferred
- A track record of improving service, cost, and reliability simultaneously
- Strong people leadership and change-management skills
- The ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
