Accounting Manager

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000

• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets
• As an Accounting Manager, you'll manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• The Accounting Manager will drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes in collaboration with leadership
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Partner with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives
• The Accounting Manager will also lead special projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting best practices
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
