Cyber Security Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Cyber Security Project Manager who can take the lead on planning and delivering big, company-wide security projects across different business units. In this role, you'd manage several cybersecurity work streams from start to finish, making sure everything is delivered on time, stays on budget, and meets expectations. Looking for a Project Manager who can worked with 3rd party vendors and manager the RFP process.

*** Must be local to the Chicagoland area and have atleast 5 years of Cyber Security Project Management experience***
5+ years of growing responsibility leading cybersecurity or IT projects within large global companies including DLP, end point, threat detection, firewalls, application security.
Hands-on background in data protection or risk management projects is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to deliver major, complex programs across different cultures and varying levels of technical maturity.
Bachelor's degree required, or an additional 5+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree; a Master's degree is beneficial but not required.
Clear, confident communicator with strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable working with distributed teams operating across multiple time zones and regions.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize effectively and execute with accuracy.
Skilled at collaborating with and influencing senior leadership

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
