This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role at The ONE Group, located in Oak Brook, IL. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a team to achieve operational and revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, staff training and development, maintaining quality standards, and driving team performance to meet and exceed objectives. The General Manager will work closely with the leadership team to uphold the brand's reputation and deliver a premium dining experience.

• Leadership and team-building skills, including staff development and conflict resolution
• Strong operational management skills, such as budget planning, cost control, and ensuring operational efficiency
• Knowledge of hospitality and restaurant operations, including customer service and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster guest satisfaction and team collaboration
• Experience with marketing, sales initiatives, and building client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
