Adult Mental Health Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a Mental Health Professional to support our Adult programs. This role blends direct patient interaction with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth program operations.

• Provide support in group therapy rooms and supervised study sessions.
• Assist patients with check‑in and coordinate transitions between rooms.
• Help manage crisis situations and support patients in developing emotional regulation.
• Communicate patient progress with the team and chart progress.
• Complete incident reports within 24 hours.
• Respond to daily emails, voicemails and EMR messages.
• Assist in development of individualized behavioral plans and contracts.
• Ensure patient privacy and maintain organizational systems.
• Provide phone communication with patients/parents in non‑crisis situations.
• Support with supervised study and lunch when applicable.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, attendance, and paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication視 ability to maintain patient privacy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
