Ardent Counseling Center is seeking licensed therapists and counselors to join our growing team of outpatient mental health therapists and counselors. Therapists provide high-quality and innovative mental health services to couples, families, and individuals of all ages.
Pay
: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
- Graduate level degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Licensed Clinical Psychology (PhD), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Excellent Pay: average commission is 35% higher than industry average in Illinois; up to $100,000 per year.
- NPI support, licensure renewal tracking, and expansion support.
- State‑of‑the‑art technology platform (HIPAA scheduling, video‑call platform, SOAP notes, patient progress tracking, communication & file‑sharing tools).
- Flexible service delivery: schedule based on your personal and professional schedule.
- In‑house marketing support to help establish practice (most providers have full patient load within two weeks).
- Automated billing and payment support.
- Tax support for individual practice tax submissions.
- Collaborative and supportive community of therapists and team members.
- A genuine partnership with colleagues.
- Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
- Team‑orientation and professional development.
- Integrity, honesty, adaptability, true care for clients and colleagues; ability to work with couples, families, and individuals covering all age groups.
