The Group Biomedical Director is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all biomedical operations across 300+ dialysis clinics in the southern U.S. This role ensures regulatory compliance
, operational excellence, and proactive maintenance of life‑saving dialysis equipment and systems. The director will lead a team of Biomed Managers and Technicians, driving performance, standardization, and alignment with clinical and operational goals.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Biomed Managers and Technicians across the region.
• Ensure all dialysis equipment and water systems meet or exceed safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA, AAMI, CMS).
• Partner with clinical, operations, and facilities leaders to support patient care and minimize equipment‑related downtime.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance and capital planning strategies across 300+ sites.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent execution of biomed processes and timely issue resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and service agreements to ensure cost‑effective and timely support.
• Lead biomed readiness for new clinic openings, relocations, and major renovations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for all regional biomed issues.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare technology, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in biomedical operations, preferably within dialysis or healthcare.
• In‑depth knowledge of dialysis equipment, water systems, and regulatory requirements (AAMI, CMS).
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across OH, IL, IN, MN, and MI.

• CBET (Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician) or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with CMMS systems and data‑driven performance management.
• Previous multi‑site or regional leadership in a healthcare environment.
