Salary: $90,000-$105,000

Senior FP&A & Treasury Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, WIP reporting, and financial performance analysis across our organization. This high-impact role will work closely with executive leadership, project teams, and finance partners to optimize profitability, drive operational decisions, and ensure long-term financial health.

This role requires a deep understanding of construction finance, including Work in Progress (WIP) reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis, along with the ability to build robust reporting systems and collaborate cross-functionally to influence business outcomes.

• Leads the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and financial models.

• Coordinates with other departments to gather data, ensure accuracy, and consolidate financial results.
• Supports External Audits specifically related to WIP analysis.

• Analyzes financial trends and identify risks and opportunities
• Supports business units with financial analysis to drive performance improvement.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
• Oversees WIP (Work in Process) reporting for all companies and analyzes issues with Project Accounting Manager and business units to understand drivers of variances. Develops a framework for analyzing WIP and conducts regular financial reviews with project managers, identifying and addressing cost variances, potential risks, and opportunities.
• Calculates Bonuses for each company
• Performs Special Projects Related as needed.

• Performs all bank, intercompany loan, credit cards and cash investment activities
• Leads automation initiatives with bank;
  Open/Closes accounts;
  Credit Cards
• Gatekeeper of access (Along with CFO) of all banking user rights
• Maintains Weekly Cash Forecast and detailed 13-week cash forecast as well as a long-term cash forecast

• Serve as Financial Lead on Business Central ERP Reporting activities and other systems chosen in the future to improve analytics of the business results (ie actuals or forecasts)

• Works with other team leads (not reporting into this role) such as Accounting Manager, Project Accounting Manager and Payroll Manager to assure their activities are appropriately reflected in financial results.
• Interacts with Owner and other key business unit leaders on important analytical and financial topics.

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 45 years of progressive treasury or FP&A experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/forecasting tools such as Business Central, Quick Books, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong background in construction finance, including WIP, job costing, and project-based financial management.
• Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
• Experience leading reporting automation or dashboard development is preferred.
• Familiarity with bonus/incentive structure modeling is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
